Return Policy
A returned item must be in the same condition in which it left our store. It must be unworn, unused, in a resalable condition with the tags still attached and it must not be damaged in any way. Returned items will only be accepted with in 30 days from the day they were shipped. Refunds will be issued only to the original credit card used for the purchase, or Store Credit will be given on merchandise only if the above requirements have been met. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. On sale (special/reduced price) items will be accepted for Store Credit only! No credit card refunds will be issued for the return of discounted items.
Return Shipping Charges and Insurance
You are responsible for any return shipping charges and insurance for the merchandise you are returning.
Christmas and holiday gifts may be exchanged or returned by the January 15th immediately following the holiday the item(s) were gifted.
Exchanges
Please call us at 1-888-220-9668 before shipping an item back to us. We may be able to expedite the exchange if you let us know the manufacturer, style number, color and size of the new item, and we will hold it for you until we receive the original item back from you. You will be charged appropriate shipping on the new item.
Mis-shipped or Defective Items
If we have incorrectly sent you an item, we will arrange return shipment or reimburse you for the shipping charges to return it to us, and you will not be charged shipping for the replacement.
If the merchandise being returned is defective, it will be inspected, evaluated and repaired, replaced or refunded in a timely manner.

Please wrap the item(s) in a moisture proof plastic layer and package it in a sturdy and protective shipping container.
We are not responsible for merchandise returned that is lost, damaged or stolen in transit to us.
Please include a note with your full contact information, who you spoke to when you called about the return, and what your request is (exchange, refund/store credit, defective etc...)
A photocopy of the receipt is helpful and will expedite the process.
