A returned item must be in the same condition in which it left our store- unworn, unused, and in a resalable condition. Returned items must be returned within 14 days from the day it was shipped. Please use a protective shipping carton. Note, we do not accept returns of items on special (reduced price) - all sales are final for these items.

Christmas and holiday returns: Exchanges or returns must be made by January 15^th.

You are responsible for any shipping charges and insurance for the merchandise you are returning. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.

If you would like to exchange an item, please call us at 1-888-220-9668 before shipping your item back to us. Let us know the manufacturer, style number, color, and size of the new item, and we will hold on to it until we get the original item back. You will be charged appropriate shipping on the new item. If we have incorrectly sent you an item, we will reimburse you for the shipping to return it to us, and will not charge you shipping for the replacement. If the merchandise being returned is defective, it will be inspected and evaluated, replaced, repaired, or returned in a timely manner. Remember to insure the package as we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.

We will issue credit as soon as we receive your return. Credit will be given on merchandise only. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
