Shipping Policy

The following is our standard shipping rate schedule (up to 15 pounds):

 Shipping Rate Schedule 2011-2012

Orders weighing less than one pound that are also valued less than $100.00 USD will be shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS).

Orders that weigh more than one pound that are valued at more than $100.00 USD will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), unless the customer specifically requests a USPS delivery (for example: to a  PO Box).

A physical address is required for all UPS deliveries.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses,  Puerto Rico, Guam or any destination otherwise outside of the contiguous 48 United States, will be shipped via the United Postal Service (USPS) and will be charged shipping fees specific to the weight & the country of destination for each package.

International shipments via UPS may be possible and will be determined and charged on a case by case basis.   Please contact us for specific charge information.

These shipping rates are for shipping cost only and do not include customs charges.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay any customs charges for an international order. All items will be marked as "Merchandise" on the customs forms as it is illegal to send newly purchased merchandise marked as a "gift" directly from the store where the purchase was made.   
 
If the order is to be shipped to an address other than the purchaser's address, please indicate this to us. We'll be happy to send the invoice directly to you.  Also, please indicate whether the item is a gift, and we'll gift box it for you free of charge.

No orders are shipped on weekends or holidays. 

While most shipments are faster, please allow 7 to10 business days for standard delivery. If an item is unavailable or backordered, we will promptly email you that information.

Please inspect your package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the box in which your order was shipped looks damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent that the merchandise may be damaged, please refuse delivery and call us at 1-888-220-9668. If you discover a problem after accepting a delivery, please call us.  Also, please report the problem to UPS by calling 1-800-742-5877. Save all the packing material should UPS choose to inspect the package when a claim is filed.
